Almond Porridge

This tasty nut based porridge is a gluten free great alternative to those who cannot tolerate oatmeal for breakfast. Try this with a beautiful fried banana topping to add some extra flavor and depth to the dish.

  • Blender
  • Small pot
  • 3 bananas (Ripened)
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Spring Water
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Steel Cut Oats
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 dash Clove spice
  • 1 dash Himalayan Salt
  1. In a blender, Blend your ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a small ceramic pot and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
  3. Pour and add your toppings. My favorite is the fried Bananas check out my video presentation for this topping. Enjoy!!
