Mrs. In10Sity's Recipe's: Chickpea Salad

 

Chickpea Salad

  • 2 Canned Chickpeas
  • 3 Pickles Wedges (diced)
  • 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 pack Nori Chips (crushed)
  • 3 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise (Soy Free)
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Celery Sticks (finely diced)
  • 1 Carrot (finely grated)
  1. Dice your pickles, onion, and celery. Set to the side
  2. Grate your carrots. Set to the side
  3. In a bowl, roughly mash your chickpeas and set to the side.
  4. Add your crushed carrots and nori chips, pickles, onion, and celery.
  5. Add your seasonings. mix together and enjoy.
